A Promise Im probably not going to be able to keep

So here is my promise……. I am going to write a blog for every wedding I do!

Or least I’m going to try, between weddings, trials, admin, lashes and raising two brilliant yet nutty children, I am as you can imagine quite busy.

So I will start here with Claire’s wedding from two weeks ago.

She got married in Oxford in a field, she had the most amazing weather and was so lucky to have the most perfect sunshine for her venue.

Claire came to me not knowing what she wanted as she isn’t really the sort of person that does makeup very often so I kept it light and natural and she looked AMAZING (if I do say so myself)

Claire’s hair was a dream. Logn and thick and everything you would probably describe as princess hair!

I arrived with Claire at 7 in the morning at a really cute little B&B in Oxfordshire. I was there to do Makeup and hair for her 3 bridesmaids and herself. All the bridesmaid had the same curly half up and half down hair, but Claire was very open and happy for the girls to have whatever makeup they wanted. So we had a mix of natural and a little more on the glam side

Once the bridesmaids were done (they took a lot of selfies, WHICH I LOVE) I got Claire ready.

It took a while to curl her amazing hair and then put it up in fishtail plaits for a boho elegance feel. Then Makeup as on the trial was simple and fresh. We had to add a little more powder and some oil control primer as the weather was set to hit 30 degrees! so we wanted to stop her makeup from melting off as soon as she stepped outside.

I had such a lovely morning with the girls and Claire and even had a cheeky prosecco. I love when a bridal party are so chilled out and just enjoying the morning.

They all looked incredible and Claire has since sent me some photos and it looks like it was a beautiful day!

So this week Ive got another busy week

This morning I did a full set of lashes, tomorrow Ive got a trial, Thursday Im going to the Zoo and over the weekend Ive got two weddings, one of which is at my favourite venue Dodford Manor. So really looking forward to that.

I shall try and update my blog as much as I can, and I may even do some backtracking and blog about some past weddings! WHO KNOWS :)
